I'm pretty sure that with a low enough bodyfat they'll start showing up more. I have never really tried to get those lines showing up but when my bodyfat is low it's pretty noticable.

There may be a way to emphasize that lower area more (I guess leg lifts or raises), but I have never studied or researched it.

Try reverse crunchs (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?Name=Reverse+Crunch). do them slow, 10 count up, 5 count down. Try to smile while you do them, no sense in tensing up.

It's all related to bodyfat. Get it low enough and if your abdominals are shaped that way then your see the outline. The rec abdominous is one muscle. There are nos specific exercises for the lower abs. If an exercise such as leg raises can be felt more in that region it's because they activate the hip flexors which run underneath the ab.

The Men's Health message board affectionately calls them penis lines. There's a 200+ post thread on it.

That is the lower portion of the abs where your obliques meet the hip flexors. Only way to get that is to achieve a low BF%.
