Here's 6 weeks worth of pictures, taken bi-weekly, put into a timeline. I can't believe the tiny changes that are imperceptible in a mirror, but in these pictures they all jump out... 6 more months to go! LOL! :D

Great progress man. I have a friend that is about your size (before pics) and he gets mad bc he hasn't seen much change since he started lifting. You look like you have lost 3-5 inches off the midesection. Are you following a particular diet or do you credit most of the weight loss to working out?

I've lost right at 5.5" around my midsection. I would say my change in diet has been the biggest contributing factor to losing the weight so far. My diet is simply eating clean. I kinda subscribe to the idea that if it doesn't grow natural, I don't eat it. Occassionally I'll give in and have some pasta, but even it's organic / whole wheat. I drink no soda - it's all been replaced by water. I also lift 3 days per week, and hit the treadmill at least 3 times as well. That's it in a nutshell... :bb: :db:

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone! It's nice to hear!

very good progress! keep it up and you'll be ripped in no time!
as you get closer to your goal, i would suggest you slow down the weight loss, as you are losing it fast now, at a higher body fat it doesnt matter as much (it still matters though!) but be careful with your LBM when cutting! be patient and you will achive your goals! :tu:

Thanks for all the feedback, everyone! It's nice to look in the mirror and see a change, but it's a real motivator to know that I'm not the only one that notices. :claplow:

Any pics of you flexing at all? Just curious to see your muscle development.

Nope. I haven't even thought of taking any flexing pics. Although, from messing around in front of a mirror, there's not much to see yet. The amount of weight I use in all of my exercises has increased at a pretty good rate, but I think my BF% is still too high to show definition at this point. Maybe at my 8-week mark (11-26-04) I'll take a couple flexed pics just for the heck of it, though. :flex:

Nope. I haven't even thought of taking any flexing pics.

The best reason to take some flexing pics at this stage is so that you'll have some cool "before" shots to pair up with your flexing pics later.

I have a few decent flexing pics from near the time I got started, but I wish I had more poses, and that I had them from earlier in my transformation.

I'd encourage you to take some pictures flexed if you haven't already.

Great work, BTW! :claplow:
