Oh any by the way...im currently doing MAX-OT and cardio about 30 mins a day (20 mins fast paced walking/10 mins jogging and trying to up the jogging a little at a time) I also alternate that with jumping rope. My diet is fairly clean and im trying to clean it up as much as i can...ill try to post it up whenever i actually get time to write it all down.

Hey, sounds like you are doing real good.
You look like you could pack on some muscle!!
Is that a treadmill behind you in the first pic?
I found that if you did 20/30 mins cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, that really helps burn the fat. Keep that up with a good weights( Keep weights and cardio at least 8 hours apart or do them on different days) routine and eating sensibly, the fat will drop off and you will make some nice newbie muscle growth.
WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP
