I do (have to - no other option) my cardio and weight training
in the evening....(around 7:00PM)... :db:

Eventhough "experts" say early morning workout is THE best..
It is impossible for me.

Actually with my evening workouts over past 5 months.. I lost almost
40Lbs and 30lbs more to go(Can't wait till I get rid of that)... :flex:

The most challenging thing I ever faced for past 5 months is my post
workout nutrition.... I heard its the most important... blah blah

But my dinner time is around 9:00PM and have to go to bed by 11:00PM.
So within these two hours I can't digest complex carbs... lot of proteins.
So for past one week I am experimenting and I am having only
protein shake (1 cup whey + 2 cups of skim milk) and few raw vegetables (one cup)...

I would love to know your opinion.... or any thoughts, analysis :confused:
And what is working for you best
