rtestes November 10th, 2004, 11:34 PM Be sure and get some pictures with your fingers of each hand interlaced and placed on top of your head. Get a front, back and side shot that way. Don't flex or suck in abs.
I think you will see the changes better. Your have a good start, many on this board might stop here. But if you want build some muscle, add about 20 lbs.

escher November 11th, 2004, 12:15 AM I would say you have a VERY good base to work off of. Fantastic for 16!! I wish I had some of your leanness! Eat clean, and more of it to bulk a bit. I would say your weak areas are your pecs, and maybe your shoulders. Your abs are looking good. Would love to trade midsections with ya!! Keep us updated on your progress!

J2kDarkSkies November 14th, 2004, 04:27 PM Dang I wish I was your gym partner, I could beef you 10 lbs in 2 months, at least. Your traps need work, but any mass you do add will SERIOUSLY show up, as you can already see striations in your chest.

HINT: Re-size your pictures to something more like 640x480 or smaller. That way people can each one without scrolling, and modem users won't curse at you under their breath. :)
